Managing Director, Digital Services & Social Media
Gregory Barton serves as Managing Director of PCG Advisory’s expanding Digital Services and Social Media offerings. Mr. Barton brings a unique background, combining extensive knowledge in technology, marketing and finance to all of PCG’s clients. PCG’s digital services include: website development and enhancements, creation of the Investor Relations section of client websites, social media, video, online analytics, search engine optimization and corporate online positioning.
At Long Island University, Mr. Barton studied business administration and technology. He then joined a major healthcare facility in Westchester, where he was promoted to manage the entire information technology department. Mr. Barton, was recruited by a larger healthcare facility, where he managed a two million dollar update to modernize the entire information technology infrastructure.
Mr. Barton was hired by an online broker-dealer to manage their information technology trading platform. After studying the business model and overseeing the development of several broker-dealer trading platforms, he was recruited for a managerial information technology position for a start-up broker-dealer firm on Long Island. There he managed information technology and transitioned to business development which required him to acquire his series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
