PCG Advisory Group and 8020 Connect of Canada Sign Letter of Intent for Joint Venture to Launch the First Regulatory Compliant Social Media Investor Platform in the U.S.

(“8020”) today announced that that they have entered into an LOI to complete a 50/50 Joint Partnership Agreement which would launch the first regulatory compliant social media investor platform (www.8020connect.com) for U.S. listed issuers and the global investment community.
The joint venture brings together a leading disruptive technology, over 100 years of combined industry experience and a base of U.S. clients and investors. This new partnership will launch the same successful 8020 platform as in Canada, now dedicated to a U.S. audience of listed issuers, shareholders, investors and industry professionals.
