The team behind the narrative.
Capital markets experience, communications expertise, and the infrastructure to reach investors where they actually are.
Senior Leadership
Jeff Ramson
Founder & CEO | Capital Markets Veteran and Pioneer of Modern IR
"Markets are efficient only when information flows. That has always been the work. How we do it is changing faster now than at any point in the last thirty years."
Jeff Ramson founded PCG Advisory in 2008 with a clear thesis: the companies most overlooked by the market are often the ones with the most to gain from better communication. Eighteen years and 600+ campaigns later, that thesis continues to hold.
Before PCG, Jeff spent more than three decades on Wall Street as an institutional trader and portfolio manager at Moore Capital Management, Barclays Bank, Credit Lyonnais, and Scotiabank. He also acquired and scaled a trading-focused broker/dealer from a dormant operation into a 10-office, 100-employee firm. That operating and markets experience is the foundation PCG is built on.
Jeff was among the first in the IR industry to bring social media into investor outreach, a bet that the channels driving retail investor behavior were evolving faster than the profession recognized. That same instinct now drives PCG’s integration of AI-assisted tools, proprietary platforms, and data-driven investor targeting, keeping clients ahead of how markets actually work today.
Jeff also founded ProActive Capital Group, a private investment firm focused on asymmetrical opportunities in high-growth sectors.
Kirin Smith
President | Capital Markets Advisor & Investment Community Engagement Specialist
"Anyone can make introductions. Twenty-five years of relationships tell you which ones actually matter."
Kirin Smith has spent twenty-five years at the intersection of capital markets and corporate communications, advising well over 100 public company C-level executives on capital market strategies, proper messaging, strategic investor marketing, and building credibility.
At PCG, Kirin leads client advisory and investor marketing strategy. His background spans investment banking, portfolio management, institutional and retail sales, and fundamental research, giving him a full-stack view of how capital actually moves and what drives investor decision-making on both sides of the table.
Before PCG, Kirin advised middle-market companies on capital raises, structuring, and strategic positioning across multiple sectors. He has worked across the IPO, secondary, and APO markets, and co-founded a micro-cap value fund focused on under-followed companies, which is the same universe PCG serves today. Earlier in his career, he advised C-suite executives at one of the largest business communications consultancies in the world.
His investor network spans private equity, institutional funds, family offices, retail brokers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, built over two decades of working both sides of the market.
Kerry Corbit
President, PCG Digital | Investor and Stakeholder Communications Architect
"Credibility is not built in press releases. It is built in everything that happens between them."
Kerry Corbit leads PCG Digital, PCG Advisory’s communications and digital marketing division, overseeing narrative strategy, content production, media outreach, and integrated awareness campaigns across the firm’s client roster.
Her focus is the space where investor relations, brand positioning, and strategic storytelling converge. For emerging growth companies, particularly in biotech and life sciences, that means building sustained visibility across the full arc of a company’s development, not just around catalysts. Kerry designs campaigns that reach financial audiences and clinical stakeholders alike, connecting the investment thesis to the science, and the science to the people it is meant to serve.
Kerry is also the founder of PRISM Digital Media, an independent financial media platform and the parent brand behind PRISM MarketView. Building PRISM reflects a core belief that effective investor communications requires owned media capabilities, not just earned ones.
Before PCG, Kerry built and exited two entrepreneurial businesses, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it means to build something from the ground up. That operator perspective shapes how she approaches client work: with an appreciation for the stakes, the constraints, and the difference a well-executed communications strategy can make at every stage of growth.
