Anthony Marchese is President of Marchese Management Company, LLC, a strategic advisory firm serving public and soon-to-be public companies in the areas of board direction and policy, corporate governance, investor relations and crisis management. Mr. Marchese is also the general partner and chief investment officer of Insiders Trend Fund, LP, a limited partnership which invests in small-cap publicly traded securities whose officers and directors have been active acquirers of their stock. Additionally he is Chairman of Texas Mineral Resources Corporation (OTCQX: TMRC), a publicly traded company involved in heavy rare earth production and mineral reclamation of strategic metals. Anthony serves as the chairman of TMRC’s Audit Committee and sits on the Compensation and Governance Committees.
Mr. Marchese brings deep experience to his clients with over 25 years performance on Wall Street in all aspects of the securities business including money management, corporate finance and capital markets. He has worked across industries and sectors. Highlights include being named a limited partner of Oppenheimer & Co., LLC, Managing Director of Capital Markets at TriPoint Global Equities, Partner and President of Monarch Capital LLC, and Senior Vice President at Axiom Capital. Anthony started his business career as a financial analyst in the Treasurer’s Office of the General Motors Corporation. He is currently an arbitrator with FINRA and has held numerous FINRA securities licenses including Series 3, 4, 24, 53, 55 63, 66 and 79.
Mr. Marchese has been quoted extensively in major media publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, FOX News and Bloomberg. He has been interviewed on nationally televised shows on MSNBC, Fox Business News, Bloomberg TV and CNN-FN.
Mr. Marchese received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago and BA from Boston University. He served in the military with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.
