NightFood Holdings, Inc. (OTC: NGTF) is a client of PCG Digital, a subsidiary of PCG Advisory, Inc. NGTF has a four-month agreement in place to pay PCG Digital a cash fee of $5,000 for investor awareness and digital marketing services.

An affiliate of PCG Digital has invested $150,000 into Nightfoods via its private offering done on June 2, 2021.
