SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLS) is a client of PCG Advisory, Inc. SLS has an agreement in place to pay PCG a monthly cash fee of $5,000, for transition services from April 11, 2020 to April 30, 2020 and for the 6 months following, (May 2020 – October 2020), SLS will pay PCG a monthly cash fee of $10,000 for PCG investor awareness and investor relations advisory services.

Investor awareness and investor relations services and programs are designed to help small-cap companies communicate their investment characteristics. PCG investor awareness and advisory services include multimedia marketing and other awareness services.
