Kirin Smith oversees all client advisory and operational matters at PCG Advisory.

Kirin brings a wealth of capital markets expertise including advisory, banking, portfolio management, retail/institutional sales and fundamental research analysis. Prior to joining PCG, Kirin was an investment banker where he advised, structured and raised capital for middle market companies in multiple sectors. Kirin leverages his experience in advising companies on positioning strategy, reputation management, capital market communications and investor marketing strategies. Additionally, Kirin’s proficiency includes senior level advisory in the IPO, secondary and APO listing markets.

Over his career, Kirin has developed vast relationships, which include private equity, institutional funds, family offices, retail brokers and ultra high net worth individuals. Previously, Kirin worked at a registered investment advisor and asset management firm, where he held several positions in portfolio management, retail and institutional sales, research and analysis. Kirin also co-founded an investment fund focused on micro cap value investing focusing on under-followed and undervalued companies. Kirin began his career at one of the largest business communications consultancies where he advised C-level executives around the world on capital market activities.

Kirin has held the following securities licenses: Series 7, 63, & 79 and also sits on the Board of Directors of a public company in the industrial manufacturing industry. Kirin holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany.
