Wall Street veteran Stephanie Prince has over 25 years of finance experience and possesses a wealth of investor relations and capital markets expertise. Her background as a former sell-side and buy-side analyst, combined with her tenure as an internal investor relations officer, allows Ms. Prince to bring a unique viewpoint to each and every client.
Prior to joining PCG Advisory, Ms. Prince worked at LHA where she was responsible for the strategy and execution of investor relations programs for a wide variety of clients. She has also started a successful corporate access program at the small/mid-cap institutional broker-dealer CL King & Associates and originated a position at Bear Stearns to bring market intelligence and corporate access services to investment bankers and their clients.
Ms. Prince led the U.S. financial services practice at the investor relations agency Financial Dynamics, and served as the Investor Relations Officer at Dime Community Bancshares. Ms. Prince began her career at Lehman Brothers, first as a commercial bank analyst and then as a generalist working with the head of investment strategy. On the buy-side she was a senior analyst at such firms as Furman Selz Capital Management and Glickenhaus and Company.
Stephanie received an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University and a BA from Alfred University.
